From Seed to Bloom

**For Returning Clients Only** During a 1/2 hour follow-up session, we always start by a quick assessment of what changes you may have experienced since your last session and what goals or intentions you would like to set for the upcoming session. After that, you have the opportunity to select whether you would like Reflexology or Reiki for the remainder of the time, covering the reflexes or energy centers for every organ, gland and system of the body.

Follow-Up: 1/2 Hour (Reflexology or Reiki only)

**For Returning Clients Only** During a 1 1/2 hour follow-up session, we always start by a quick assessment of what changes you may have experienced since your last session and what goals or intentions you would like to set for the upcoming session. After that, I will perform an in-depth session of combined services.

Follow-Up: 1 1/2 Hour (Combination of Services)

This is for all new clients or returning clients who have not had an appointment for more than 1 year. During the initial assessment, you will fill out a short questionnaire about your health and your reasons for seeking out Reflexology and/or Reiki. We will then discuss this information, answer any questions you may have and explain what you can expect during and after the session.
After that, you will receive a session of your choice (Reflexology, Reiki or combination) for the remainder of the time. *REDUCE your initial assessment fee by purchasing a 3-session package

Initial Assessment for New or Returning Clients

If you suffer from heel pain, I recommend to pair Reflexology with Gua Sha, which is a healing technique of traditional East Asian medicine; its goal is to reduce the inflammation which is the main cause of heel pain. For long time sufferers, 3 sessions within a period of 2-3 weeks is the recommended minimum to achieve significant pain reduction, but positive effects can often be felt after the first session already. The first session is a 1 hour initial assessment, followed by 2 x 30-min sessions. Get a $10 discount by purchasing the package upfront, rather than each individual session.
